Contrast therapy is experienced within our private recovery suite. For 30- or 60-minute sessions, you can use the sauna and cold plunge however you enjoy them or as suits your individual needs. Not only does this allow your body to respond and recover meaningfully, but it also lets you enjoy each session without time pressure on either recovery phase.
