What Do I Receive as Part of This Nutrition Plan?

Every nutrition plan at HOOKE begins with a free discovery call to understand your goals, lifestyle, training demands, and any challenges affecting your progress. This is followed by a detailed 60-minute consultation, during which your nutrition specialist can build a more personalised approach to your needs and routine.

You will then receive a comprehensive nutrition report and a tailored meal plan, with up to 3 days included in the Core Plan and up to 5 days in the Prime Plan.

The Prime Plan also includes InBody composition analysis and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) reporting, helping provide a deeper understanding of your body and nutritional requirements. These insights are integrated into your nutrition report to support more informed recommendations and long-term progress.

Who Delivers Your Nutrition Services?

Our Nutrition services are delivered by Lorenza, our nutritionist, who has a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and an MSc in Nutrition. Lorenza also works within the HOOKE Medical team, where the same integrated, longevity-led, and evidence-based philosophy underpins the care provided across the wider HOOKE brand. 

She supports a wide range of clients, from those simply looking to feel better and improve their health to athletes seeking a more precise performance-focused approach.

Additionally, her work is precision-led and deeply personalised, built on the belief that sustainable results come from looking at the whole person, not just the goal. That means considering training demands, lifestyle, physiology, and long-term health to create a strategy that is both effective and realistic.

How Long Before I See Results?

This depends on your starting point, your goal, and how consistently you can stick to the plan. Some clients notice improvements in energy, appetite, and training recovery within the first couple of weeks, but body composition changes usually take longer and tend to build over time through consistent habits.
