Your nutrition shapes how you perform, recover, and feel day to day. Our nutrition coaching focuses on building a structured, personalised approach that fits your routine and supports long-term progress, rather than relying on restrictive or short-term diets.
At HOOKE Fitness, nutrition is approached with the same level of precision as training and therapy. Your plan is built around your goals, lifestyle, schedule, and your body's response to food, ensuring it remains realistic and sustainable.
There is no generic template or fixed diet to follow. Instead, your nutrition is structured to support your daily routine, whether you are aiming to improve performance, change body composition, or feel more consistent with your energy levels.
Additionally, our nutrition coaching serves as the foundation for other areas of your fitness and health journey. Align your intake with your training and recovery so your plan supports your body's adaptation over time, rather than working in isolation.
The body you want starts with the food you eat. We make that precision science for you.
You are given practical guidance on food choices, meal structure, and daily intake. This removes uncertainty and helps you make more confident decisions about nutrition in the long term.
Your nutrition plan is designed to work alongside your lifestyle and preferences rather than relying on unnecessary restriction. This makes consistency easier to maintain over time without feeling overly limited.
Aligning your nutrition with your daily routine and training demands can help support more stable energy levels throughout the day. This can positively influence focus, recovery, performance, and day-to-day activity.
The focus remains on building realistic habits that can be maintained over the long term rather than relying on short-term dieting approaches. This creates a more sustainable foundation for ongoing progress and healthier routines.
Nutrition plays an important role in supporting long-term health, recovery, body composition, and overall quality of life. A structured approach can help support healthier ageing and improve how you feel both now and in the years ahead.
Working with a nutrition specialist helps you build a clearer understanding of how food, timing, and intake influence your body and performance. This creates greater awareness and helps you make more informed decisions independently over time.
Your plan is designed to give you clarity and structure, while still allowing flexibility in how you approach your nutrition. From one-off guidance to ongoing support, find the option that suits your needs and lifestyle.

Every nutrition plan at HOOKE begins with a free discovery call to understand your goals, lifestyle, training demands, and any challenges affecting your progress. This is followed by a detailed 60-minute consultation, during which your nutrition specialist can build a more personalised approach to your needs and routine.
You will then receive a comprehensive nutrition report and a tailored meal plan, with up to 3 days included in the Core Plan and up to 5 days in the Prime Plan.
The Prime Plan also includes InBody composition analysis and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) reporting, helping provide a deeper understanding of your body and nutritional requirements. These insights are integrated into your nutrition report to support more informed recommendations and long-term progress.
Nutrition works most effectively when it supports your wider training and recovery. Capitalise on your nutrition support to excel at other areas of your training and recovery.
Below are services that can complement your plan:
Our Nutrition services are delivered by Lorenza, our nutritionist, who has a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and an MSc in Nutrition. Lorenza also works within the HOOKE Medical team, where the same integrated, longevity-led, and evidence-based philosophy underpins the care provided across the wider HOOKE brand.
She supports a wide range of clients, from those simply looking to feel better and improve their health to athletes seeking a more precise performance-focused approach.
Additionally, her work is precision-led and deeply personalised, built on the belief that sustainable results come from looking at the whole person, not just the goal. That means considering training demands, lifestyle, physiology, and long-term health to create a strategy that is both effective and realistic.
This depends on your starting point, your goal, and how consistently you can stick to the plan. Some clients notice improvements in energy, appetite, and training recovery within the first couple of weeks, but body composition changes usually take longer and tend to build over time through consistent habits.
Our focus is on creating an approach that delivers meaningful results and is realistic to maintain over the long term.
Nutrition services at HOOKE Fitness take a whole-body, precision-led approach. Rather than treating nutrition as a standalone service, we consider it in the context of the individual as a whole, including training demands, physiology, lifestyle, recovery, body composition goals, and long-term health.
This allows us to move beyond generic advice and deliver a personalised strategy built around real-life, meaningful results. For clients also training with our PT team, nutrition becomes part of an integrated system designed to support performance, body composition, and sustainable progress.
Your report provides a personalised, evidence-based overview of the key nutritional factors influencing your progress, with an in-depth analysis of your dietary habits, medical history, goals, and recovery. Personalised dietary recommendations are provided through meal plans and actionable nutritional interventions.
We have designed our Nutrition services for people who want a more personalised, data-driven, and holistic approach to their nutrition, whether their goal is to improve body composition and/or performance or to invest in their long-term health.
This may be particularly suitable for those:
